So much easier than submitting paper claims. Uodate.. A new version just released and still not bad but now more time to submit a claim. Took away 1 star as the experience got worse. 2020-Nov update: app was updated. In the process, no longer have a quick pin to login or finger print, but username and password. Also, bank transfer information previously entered now has to be re entered - EVERY TIME. A lot less easy to use with these details.

App now seems minimally stable, but functionality is still lousy. Outdated information is pushed forward and current information is hard or impossible to get to. Only real value is in claim submission, when that works. Single point of failure: I'd like to edit my reimbursement options so that only valid current ones show in the list. This is a long standing and fairly trivial issue.

i still like the app so much. however, i didn't use for over a year and now it doesn't work. when i open it froses on the opening sccreen forever. i tried too many things with no result. i updated it, cleared catch, cleared data, restart the device, uninstall then install, with wifi and without wifi... i seek your kind support as i need to use the app. thanks in advance, regards.
